Speaker 1: In the days before digital, I used to be traveling from one city to the next doing social media workshops where I used to reach out to maybe 500 business owners and marketing professionals in an entire year. In the first phase of my journey, I think I did more than 62 workshops. It took me four years to just reach out to that many people. But then in the last five years, I've been able to reach out to more than 500,000 people and more than 30,000 of them are in my paid premium community because of technology.
00:00:26
Speaker 1: Now, the question is what does the role of technology have in redefining our education and employment system? Because the traditional forms of education,
00:00:34
Speaker 1: it's kind of getting obsolete and outdated offline has a role to play. But today, if you're looking at the digital world, having digital system is gonna help you enable faster growth, progressive impact
00:00:48
Speaker 1: as well as a larger reach as compared to the offline world, offline has its advantages and disadvantages online has a disadvantage and disadvantages. But in this podcast, I want to share with you what are the elements of
00:01:01
Speaker 1: redefining education in terms of technology. Now, if you actually look at it, the
00:01:06
Speaker 1: ultimate
00:01:08
Speaker 1: progress
00:01:10
Speaker 1: that you can make in the lives of your students is by having your own ecosystem or your own platform.
00:01:17
Speaker 1: I've shared this vision even in my community before that right now, we are living in a world where we're seeing a rise of influencers and creators, but they are building their influence on social media.
00:01:28
Speaker 1: The logical next step is that many of the influencers and creators and coaches, they realize that if they are only dependent on the free platforms, let's say if it's youtube or Instagram or whatever about the platform, they don't have full control over it. So the second phase of the second stage of the journey, which is already happening. Now, as many of these creators, coaches and experts are bringing people into their own ecosystem or their own digital island of knowledge,
00:01:51
Speaker 1: the internet is a huge ocean. Facebook is a big continent. Instagram is a big continent, youtube is a big continent. But imagine you have your own small little island while you're teaching your own topic, but it's your own private space which you control over. So this is what I call as a digital island in the ocean of the internet.
00:02:08
Speaker 1: The third phase is once these islands start to talk with each other, like I have my island called the life cell hub. Maybe you have your own island. Once we start to collaborate with each other. Then phase four and phase five is what I'm really excited about where phase four is where the masses start to accept these digital islands of knowledge as the alternate education system.
00:02:27
Speaker 1: And stage five is what I'm really excited about is we're gonna see the rise of a golden age where we'll have a new leadership for the new world, new schools for the new world emerging and new leadership for the new world emerging in the world today. Now, this is the vision, but for the vision to come into reality, technology has an important role to play in this.
00:02:45
Speaker 1: So if you're looking at a typical coaching at digital coaching framework, there are 123456789, 1011 12 on my list that 12 things that need to be, that need to fall into place to make it happen.
00:03:01
Speaker 1: Number one is for you to call yourself as an ecosystem. You need to have a website. So now there are many website builders that are there, then you need to have funnel builder, you know, basically for your landing pages and collecting leads and everything else. Then you have your learning management system which is number three to host all of your courses, host all of your content and your digital products.
00:03:22
Speaker 1: Email marketing system is number four for you to be able to correspond with your leads that are being generated. And along with the email marketing system in the same category, even whatsapp marketing system where you can also send messages to your, you know, leads that are coming in. Then number five is you need an appointment system
00:03:39
Speaker 1: like a currently or some of those sorts where if you want to have a 1 to 1 call and with your students or your clients or your customers, that's one then a CRM system, a customer relationship management system or a dashboard where you'll know exactly at what journey your customer is in and you know, and all of their details.
00:03:55
Speaker 1: And I already mentioned whatsapp marketing system. So that's 12345 6/7 is whatsapp Marketing system. Number eight is you need to have your webinar system for conducting webinars or meetings and people are using Zoom and multiple other platforms. Number nine is you need to have a private social network like I have a network. I built it on a platform called Mighty Networks. And right now we have more than 1819, 20,000 people on that particular network. Next, you have number 10, which is a payment gateway system, there's Instamojo Razor pay
00:04:24
Speaker 1: and all these other systems. And then a Gamification system. I have built my own custom Gamification platform called Polestar where all of our members can, all of my diamond members can track their habits and multiple other things. And number 12 is you need to have an online storefront for any kind of physical products like I have shop dot internet life cell hub.com. So these 12 elements, all different pieces of technology that have been duct taped with each other. That's what's really making my entire ecosystem, you know, so sustainable and people are buying every single day and it's getting a cash flow in my business
00:04:54
Speaker 1: and, but all of these need to be running paraly.
00:04:58
Speaker 1: So
00:04:59
Speaker 1: in the last few months I've been working with a company called Tag Mango. OK? If you go to SI Z sids.co slash Tagt A ma NGO, you can set up your free account on this platform where I've been mentoring the founders, Dean Hasan on how we can actually bring in all of these elements in one place. They already have many of these elements. But based on what I've been implementing the community model, the point system Gamification like a pole star
00:05:26
Speaker 1: like system, what I have built for my members, a plan to bring in all of those elements into a single platform that can also collect payments, which is already doing that can also have a private social network that can, it already has a whatsapp marketing Crm system. And they've also incorporated a 1 to 1 appointment system which can eliminate calendly a learning management system to host courses and a basic funnel and website builder, which is happening right now and it's going to keep improving over time
00:05:52
Speaker 1: and an online storefront and stuff. So if you are somebody who truly wants to make a difference
00:05:58
Speaker 1: in the world with your knowledge where you want to completely remove the technology hurdle. I would recommend that you set up a free account on tag Mango and, and just go through their features, they've got multiple plans and, and features that are there. And after trying so many different tools in the market, uh
00:06:14
Speaker 1: personally, I found this to be the best in terms of user interface functionality, ease of use speed of implementation and also hassle free in terms of uh collection and even migration. So if you're not any other learning management system, any other tool, once you migrate to this, you'll, you'll see it's a breeze to work with and uh
00:06:35
Speaker 1: everything is integrated in one place. And of course, I forgot to mention there's one more system, an affiliate system. So if you want to get some of your students to promote you where you're gonna give them like where they can refer and earn and stuff like that and give them goodies, that way you can also
00:06:50
Speaker 1: have this tool which can do everything for you. So what I would like you to do right now is go and set up a free account on tag mango, S ID z.co slash tag mango and check out how easy and simple it is. Now, if you're already in my community, Inter Lasell hub.com,
00:07:05
Speaker 1: just make sure you attend all of my hackathons to make sure that you are able to use the tool in the best way and uh plug into that particular tool because that's what I recommend for all my students, even though anyone can, is free to choose whatever they want. But this is what I recommend, especially for my students, if they want to build universities of the future, like what my vision is all about. So that being said, if you, if you found this podcast useful, uh do subscribe to this on Apple and Spotify and Catch you in the next episode.
