Speaker 1: There are two kinds of pressure that one will actually face while building a business. The one that breaks you
00:00:06
Speaker 1: and the one that actually makes you. And in this podcast, I'm going to be giving you my view on how to deal with overwhelm while growing a business, while you know, building yourself online. Because there is no life without overwhelm, there is no life without any kind of pressure and diamonds are actually created under pressure.
00:00:24
Speaker 1: Now, what's the difference, as I mentioned before? There are two kinds of pressure, the one that breaks you and there's one pressure that makes you, in fact, in our community, somebody asked me this question. So how do I do this? You know, I feel there's so much to do. I've got so much to do on my checklist and I don't have time and I feel overwhelmed, I feel this, uh you know, I feel lost, I feel all over the place. What should I do with my, my life? How should I deal with this?
00:00:49
Speaker 1: So normally people who face overwhelm, including myself when I used to be facing this overwhelm, I was pulled in all directions. I did not have clarity in my vision. I did not have clarity in my goals. I was running like a headless chicken from one thing to the next and then one thing to the next. Uh just because everything was looking attractive, I did not have a chance to pause, step back and decide whether I really want to do that or not.
00:01:14
Speaker 1: And for me, the progress started to happen from the year 2018 when I completely removed myself from all the distractions, I decided at that point, at that point was I don't have to be in every party. There are so many shiny objects in online space. I said, I don't want to, I don't have to be in every single party. I'm just going to completely surrender to a process that is working. Let me surrender to my mentor. Let me follow exactly what he's asked me to do. If he would ask me to stand on one leg and send an email. I would blindly do that and I actually did
00:01:44
Speaker 1: whatever he gave me as steps. And that helped me go from scratch to hitting my 1st 10,015 $20,000 a month within a span of six months. Now, what helped me overcome this situation of an overwhelm was that I will, it is not that I did not have the overwhelm, it was still there, but it was in the right context.
00:02:03
Speaker 1: So the secret to dealing with overwhelm is all about the context that you create for yourself and your life. Just imagine there's a cup, OK?
00:02:12
Speaker 1: And inside the cup, you have, you just pour some water.
00:02:16
Speaker 1: If there are cracks in the cup or there are holes in the cup, the water is going to seep out. I mean, that's how our energy is. So if you are not able to contain our energy within a context, in other words, our environment, our friends, the information that we consume and everything else, then what's going to happen is we're going to have dissipated energy. We are going to have
00:02:35
Speaker 1: ourselves thrown in multiple directions and that's what creates
00:02:42
Speaker 1: oh well, to such an extent where you go into a depression and other things. OK? Now when the cup is tight, let's say the context is strong meaning you are not unnecessarily consuming any information. You are very focused on your next step. You are following a process that is working,
00:03:01
Speaker 1: you are not uh binging on social media and looking at what other people are doing. You are not comparing yourself with anybody else. You're only focusing on mastering your own craft. You are surrendering to a process by a mentor and you're doing exactly what they're saying in that particular step without trying to apply your brains too much, you're applying your creativity, but you're not applying your intelligence trying to overssmart the system that's already working.
00:03:24
Speaker 1: When you do, when you set that kind of a context for yourself, your environment. It's like
00:03:30
Speaker 1: how a diamond is created under pressure.
00:03:33
Speaker 1: So a diamond, what happens is diamond also goes to pressure, coal, under pressure becomes into a diamond. And of course, after many, many years, it transforms into a diamond. The same happens even in this business, I've noticed that many of these trainers and coaches who come into the system that I'm actually teaching with a lot of baggage, right. They already have some experience. It's actually harder for many of them to progress. Why? Because they have to unlearn
00:03:59
Speaker 1: whereas the ones who are coming in with a clean slate, they don't know anything about this. They just follow the system. They are growing at rocket speed and I'm seeing this, you know, in the last graduation ceremony, we had so many Hall of Fame achievers who came and shared how they crossed that three lac barrier and
00:04:13
Speaker 1: out of the 100 plus one Crore Champion awards I've given when I did a quick audit on that, more than 60% of the people who received the One Crore Champion award are not from the coaching and training industry. They came in with a clean slate. They followed the system. It took them anywhere between 18 months to, you know, 24 months or 36 months to cross that. Some of them did it at 1112 months also
00:04:34
Speaker 1: depending on the topic. But
00:04:37
Speaker 1: what really made it work for them is that it is not that they did not have, they did have the ol but they were in the right environment.
00:04:47
Speaker 1: They tapped into the power of the community that I created.
00:04:51
Speaker 1: And even now the ones who are making progress inside my community are the ones who are fully tapping into the power of this community. They're attending all the calls live. They are watching all my videos, 100 person without skipping any video. They are not uh you know, allured by all the noise that is happening on social media, just sticking to this process.
00:05:09
Speaker 1: And the main thing is this, they're not focusing on the peak. They're only focusing on the next step. You know, sometimes when you're looking at the peak, you know, you want to make one crow, you wanna make 10 crows, you want to learn so many things. And what happens is you start to go in multiple directions and you start to get old and because you're always looking at the peak and you forget on the next step.
00:05:28
Speaker 1: So many of our members also face this. They're like, oh, I have 100 point checklist to do to become a one Crore champion. And that's why what I've done is I've created something called as a path. In fact, if you go to internet life, cell hub.com/path path, you can actually see the entire pathway
00:05:45
Speaker 1: and I've broken down the path on how to go from one milestone to the next milestone. So there's a peak
00:05:50
Speaker 1: and to reach the peak, there are many base camps and to reach each base camp I've given what should be a learning path and what should be your implementation path.
00:05:59
Speaker 1: And I've also shared this in my community is there. I don't think there's anybody else in the world in the training and coaching industry that has laid a pathway like this that caters to everybody's needs. OK? That caters it's like a conveyor belt. OK?
00:06:14
Speaker 1: Now everybody can walk on that path at whatever speed that they want. It's not about speed here, but it is about following the steps in the, in the actual sequence. And I give this example in my webinars. If I give you a six step recipe to make a pizza and if you change the order of the steps, are you going to get a pizza? The answer is no same in a knowledge business. Same in a digital business is if I give you like a 10 step, 20 step process to really hitting a milestone. If you change the order of the steps, you're not going to get that result at the pace or at the rate that you want, you may learn many things but you won't get the result.
00:06:46
Speaker 1: Yeah.
00:06:47
Speaker 1: So the point here is this, if you are feeling overwhelmed,
00:06:52
Speaker 1: surrender to a system and follow the path, don't focus on the peak. Yes, the goals are gonna be that the milestones are gonna be there, but focus on your next step, complete that next step because normally kicks in when you feel that there's a lot to do rather than thinking that there's a lot to do if you're able to just think that, OK, let me just focus on this next thing that I need to just get done based on the path that is there. That's all that matters.
00:07:14
Speaker 1: I hope you found this podcast useful. And if you truly want to be in a more tighter context as you're growing, I would highly recommend that you upgrade to my Diamond certification. That is the ultimate certification. It's a three year journey. Some people do it much faster. Three year journey to crossing a crow in a knowledge business and continuously making a piece of crow a year.
00:07:34
Speaker 1: And even beyond, I've been able to give more than 1010 World Champion awards and some of the industry's top coaches and trainers are my students. And if you would like to be on that same path and journey, surrender to this process. Imagine you're getting into university like experience and go through the entire journey with me over the next three years.
00:07:51
Speaker 1: Wish you all the best catch you in the next episode.
