Sidz: to setting up their strategy, helping them design the curriculum, helping them build their influence, helping them set up their lead generation system and then getting on to the webinar selling and market domination. And, and this time, I'm also going to be doing Facebook ads. So it takes a whole three month process for them to actually go from scratch to, to launching their entire game. So this time what we did in the hackathon is I put them into teams and we have more than 750 to 800 people playing the game. And we have, you know, close to 8070 to 80 teams that are there right now. Each team around 10 people and each team has two leaders and each of these leaders are going to be nurturing the respective team to become a finisher. So if they finish this game,

Sidz: if they complete all the assignments in a in a 90 day time frame, they get a ₹2000 voucher, a freedom finish or T shirt as well as certificate that goes to them. And this has been one of the best things that I could do to help people get results. In fact, 2020 I started the first hackathon

Sidz: and right now I'm doing the 23rd edition of the hackathon. And as of today, more than 1000 people have become finishers out of what I've been able to document. There are many people who are finished but they did not come back and submit. But there are more than 1000 finishers, more than 300 to 406 figure earners and more than 100 1 crore earners documented and more than 1010 crore owners. So

Sidz: this hackathon has pretty much been the starting point to many, many success stories in our community which who are digital entrepreneurs who got started on this journey. So this time I tried something different when I put them into teams and I can't wait to see how this really pans out. And one of the most important things in a knowledge business, what I realized is that people don't like information.

Sidz: You can go to youtube, you can swim there for 24 hours a day and get even more confused what people lack today is focused, implementation and mentorship. So if you are a knowledge giver, if you're an expert, if you're teaching whatever topic that you're teaching, unless you create an implementation program or an implementation mastermind, like what I'm doing like a hackathon or a brand Aon or a Heal Aon or whatever th that you want to create in your own topic. OK. Health Aon. All of these things are the ones that are going to help make progress for your students.
